    The studio behind the notes

Click and Mortar connects website strategy, design, development, and integrations. Field Notes turns practical decisions from that work into guides for business owners and website teams. The studio is responsible for the articles published under its name.

Our topics include useful website motion, lead capture, AI-assisted development, and technical search foundations. Learn about our working method or explore our services.

    How AI is used

AI assists research, organization, drafting, and technical checks. We do not present generated material as a firsthand interview or an independent product test. A tool's promotional claim is attributed to that tool, and illustrative workflows are labeled as examples.

    Evidence before claims

Articles should answer a specific reader question, include a useful example or decision framework, and link to primary references for material technical claims. Source checks and build validation support review; they are not a guarantee that every statement is error-free. We do not invent client results, testimonials, conversion lifts, credentials, or partnerships.

    Publication and updates

Our editorial target is three substantial articles per week. A missed slot is better than an unsupported or repetitive article. Published dates describe first publication; update dates change when the content is materially revised. Changes to a product can prompt a correction or a new check without pretending the article is new.

    Corrections and commercial context

These articles are published by a studio that sells website services. Relevant service links make that relationship visible. Sponsored or affiliate arrangements, if introduced, must be disclosed in the affected article. Send a correction with the article URL and the statement in question to tkochavy@clickandmortar.bio.
