    Overview

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and scripts that remember information or measure site use. This policy should be read with our Privacy Policy.

We use a basic consent model: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity scripts are not loaded until you accept analytics. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to the public website.

    Necessary storage

    StoragePurposeDuration
click-and-mortar-cookie-consent-v1Stores your analytics choice and policy version on this device.Persistent until cleared or replaced
Supabase authentication storageKeeps a signed-in account secure and refreshes an authenticated session.Session-dependent; refreshed while signed in
Session interface stateRemembers short-lived navigation, retry, or guided-experience state.Current browser session

Necessary storage is used only when the related feature needs it. Because it supports security, authentication, or a choice you requested, it cannot be disabled through the analytics switch. You can clear it using browser controls, but some site features may then reset or sign you out.

    Scheduling service

The booking page loads an embedded Calendly scheduler after you choose to visit that page. Calendly receives the device and network information needed to display availability and may use its own necessary cookies or browser storage. If you book a call, Calendly also processes the contact details and meeting information you submit.

Calendly controls its provider-hosted scheduling interface, cookies, and notices. You can use the direct Calendly link on the booking page if the embedded scheduler is unavailable.

    Analytics cookies

Analytics is optional. If accepted, it helps us understand aggregate traffic, device and browser patterns, navigation, and interaction with pages. We configure advertising-related consent signals as denied.

    Your controls

On your first visit, choose Accept All, Reject Optional, or Choose Settings. Both accept and reject are offered directly from the banner. Your choice applies on this browser and device.

If you withdraw analytics consent, the site sends denial signals to Google and Microsoft, asks Clarity to clear its cookies, removes known first-party analytics cookies, and stops loading analytics on future visits. Browser controls can also block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary storage may affect sign-in or saved preferences.

    Changes and contact

We update this inventory when providers or site features change. Material updates receive a revised effective date and, where appropriate, a renewed consent request. Questions may be sent to tkochavy@clickandmortar.bio.
